| The Trondheim Library.... Pretty impressive but not on the scale of Vancouver !! We did get a little lost, Michael was pondering his map and a parking attendant came over and asked if we needed help....the Norwegians are really friendly and helpful..... |

| Monk's Island or Munkholmen Island... It was an execution site in the Viking era then a Benedictine Monestery in the 11th century...in 1658 it was converted into prison then later a customs house... |

| We set sail again for a long stretch of open sea and we have time for another relaxing afternoon....at 4.30 we pass the Kjeungskjaer Lighthouse, voted the most attractive lighthouse in Norway and we won't argue with that....sorry photo is a bit blurred despite the ships spot light..... So the end of another great day on land and at sea.... Until the next post it's goodnight from the Happy Cruisers.... |
